The rug is okay overall, but the edges look a bit uneven in a few spots. It’s not terrible or anything, I just expected it to be a little nicer for the finishhh.

I picked up a rug from Colonial Mills, and my biggest concern before it arrived was whether it was going to be one of those rugs that constantly slides all over the place on a wood floor. I’ve had a few like that before, and it gets annoying really fast when you’re always nudging it back into place. So far, though, this one has been surprisingly good. It does shift a little if my dog comes tearing through the room at full speed, but under normal everyday use it stays put much better than I expected. I may still get a rug pad for underneath just to make it feel extra secure, especially since it’s on hardwood, but even without one it feels a lot safer and more stable than other rugs I’ve owned. I’m taking off one star only because I wouldn’t call it completely slip-proof, but overall I’m happy with it...

The rug looks fine, I guess, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that it just wasn’t worth what I paid. For that price, I expected it to feel a lot nicer and more high-quality. Instead, it kind of left me feeling like I paid extra mostly for the brand name, which was disappointing.

I was surprised by how thick and comfy this rug feels under my feet!! It did take a little while to fully lay flat... but nothing too annoying. Overall, I’m really happy with it!!!

I remember being happy with this rug when it arrived. The quality felt solid and the colors looked really nice in the room. I had a hard time using the site. I couldn’t find what I was looking for without clicking around way too much, and the whole thing felt more geared toward pushing purchases than actually helping customers. It gave me the impression they care more about getting money than making the experience easy

The rug was about the size I expected, just not quite exact for my space. It still works, but I did have to adjust things a bit.

I really do like how this rug looks, but wow... keeping it clean has been way more annoying than I expected!! Dirt gets trapped in the weave, and even after vacuuming, it still feels like some of it just stays stuck in there??? I also tried spot-cleaning a tiny spill, and it still left a mark, which was frustrating. For the price, I thought it would be easier to maintain. It’s not terrible or anything... just not something I’d recommend for everyday use!!!

I’m really happy with this rug from Colonial Mills. I’d say after looking it over for about 5 minutes, the braid looks nice and even all around with no random thin spots or loose-looking sections. It also laid flat after a day or so. I was a little nervous ordering a rug online, but it ended up being pretty much exactly what I was hoping for. I’d definitely buy another one...

It feels really good under my feet, which is kind of the whole point, so congratulations to it for doing its job. It was a little stiff at first, but after some use it softened up nicely

I tried to return a rug I ordered from colonialmills.com and it turned into way more of a headache than I expected. I figured it would be a simple return, but the replies were slow, the instructions weren’t super clear, and then I found out I had to pay for the shipping back myself, which was frustrating. By the time everything was finally wrapped up, I was just over it. Maybe other people have had better luck, but I don’t see myself ordering from them again

I picked up a braided rug for the living room, and my dog immediately decided it was his new favorite spot. it’s been great so far. It doesn’t slide around much, the fur shakes out easily, and the colors do a nice job hiding all the random paw marks. Happy with it!

I ordered from Colonial Mills mostly because the designs finally felt a little different from the endless sea of rugs I kept scrolling past. When it arrived, I was relieved in the most dramatic way because the colors looked so good in person, soft, not screaming for attention, but somehow making the whole room feel instantly more pulled together.
I also love that it has that handmade, cozy kind of look without feeling dated or too old-fashioned. It ended up matching my space better than I expected, which felt like a small home decor miracle. The site was easy to browse too, so the whole thing was painless.

I ended up checking this out after a friend recommended it, and overall it was fine. Customer service did get back to me and answered my question clearly, but it took a bit longer than I was expecting. Nothing major, I just would’ve appreciated a quicker first response.

I ordered a rug and wasn’t totally sure how smooth the delivery would be. I was kind of expecting maybe a delay or having to keep checking the tracking, but it actually arrived on the day they said it would. No hassle or anything weird, so I’m happy with it.

I thought this would feel softer under bare feet, but it’s rough and not comfortable to walk on. I feel a bit misled because I was expecting something much nicer for everyday use...

Lays flat pretty much right away, which was nice. Didn’t have any curled corners or weird bumps after putting it down.
Giving it 3 stars because the color looked a little different than expected, and it feels thinner than I thought it would. Still okay overall, just not super impressed.

I ordered a braided rug from Colonial Mills the craftsmanship is impressive. The stitching is tight, it has a nice weight to it, and it just feels like one of those rugs that’s going to hold up for a while, you know...

The colors were close to what I saw online too, maybe a little softer once it was in the room. It did take a few days to fully flatten out, but that wasn’t really a problem. Kind of expected with a rug like this anyway...

I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because the price felt a little high to me. But at the same time, you can tell it’s not some cheap rug that’ll fall apart after a season, so... I’m happy with it overall.

I bought a rug from Colonial Mills and I’ve been really pleased with it so far. I was specifically looking for something made in the USA, so that was a big reason I chose this one. Once I got it in the room, I liked it even more, it feels sturdy underfoot and looks great with the rest of our decor.

My order arrived a bit quicker than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise. The box was in good shape when it showed up. Tracking could’ve been a little more accurate, but everything worked out fine in the end
